Sizzle and Simmer: Daal Tadka with Dry Gravy Cooking Guide

 

 

Daal Tadka Recipe


- Assemble the scoop inside the pouch and boil 3 scoops of daal of your choice
- In a bowl, mix 1 sachet of Daal Tadka Dry Gravy in 3/4 cup or 100ml water
- In a pan, heat some oil/ghee and then add the watered Daal Tadka dry gravy.
- Let it simmer for 3-4min, and add the boiled daal to the gravy.
- Let the dish simmer for another 3-4 mins and your dish is ready!
For best results let the gravy sit for 5 mins and serve it with rice or bread
